12/20/21 Sports Wrap-Up

NFL : It was a game where you just kept waiting for Tom Brady to take control, but it just never materialized. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers fall to 10-4 on the season, as the New Orleans Saints continue to be a thorn in Brady’s side. The Saints won on three field goals by Brett Maher (42,40 and 39 yards). This game also ended a 255 consecutive start streak for Tom Brady since his team has been shut-out (week 15- 2006).

In a game where one of the best teams in the league lost to the worst team in the league. The Arizona Cardinals were manhandled and out coached yesterday, as they lost to the Detroit Lions 30-12. It was the upset of the week. The Cardinals were down 17-0 at halftime and were never a threat to the Lions, who now ride a two-game winning streak.

LaMelo ended the game with 9 points, 10 rebounds and 7 assists. The Suns had 9 players that scored double digits.
