Ronald Dailon Grainger, age 72, of Tabor City, NC, died Sunday, June 5, 2022. Born April 29, 1950 in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late Soldier Berry Grainger and Nevada Strickland Grainger and the widower of Florrie Annette Jones Grainger.
He is survived by two sons, Jason Dail Grainger of Tabor City, NC and Aaron Fipps of Calabash, NC; two daughters, Gina Smith and husband Michael of Tabor City, NC and Jessica Dawn Simpson of Loris, SC; one adopted daughter, Heather Johnson of Tabor City, NC; one step-daughter, Tina Todd of Cerro Gordo, NC; and several grandchildren.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by one brother, Gene Arthur Grainger.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 8, 2022 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
A graveside service will be held Thursday, June 9, 2022 at 11:00 AM in the Myrtle Green Cemetery.
