Woodrow Graham Britt, 70, of Whiteville, passed away on Friday, November 10, 2023, while in the Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center.
Graham was born on June 28, 1953, son of the late Woodrow Britt and Margaret Lola Graham Britt. He was also preceded in death by his sister, Margaret Ann Britt Coleman.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, at Worthington Funeral Home, with burial to follow in the Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery. Pastor Nate Watts and Pastor Bradley Tatum will officiate the service.
Visitation will be held from 12:30-1:45 p.m. prior to the service on Tuesday.
Graham retired from Smithfield Foods in Bladenboro, following 23 years of service; he served in the trucking department. Graham was also a lifelong farmer.
The surviving family includes his loving wife of 48 years, Barbara Jean Ray Britt of the home; two daughters, Wendy Gail Britt (Stevie) of Whiteville, Brenda Britt Nobles (Harold) of Whiteville; siblings, David A. Britt (Kathy) of Chadbourn, Jeffrey D. Britt (Maria) of Chadbourn; grandchildren, Landon Britt Jones and Paisley Grace Nobles.
