Kayla LeeAnn Green Strickland, 29, of Fair Bluff, passed away on Monday, November 13, 2023, while in the Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center in Wilmington, NC.
Kayla was born on October 26, 1994, daughter of the late Michael J. Green and Dena Turbeville Green.
Funeral services will be conducted at Fair Bluff Church of God on Saturday, November 18, 2023, at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor Charles Dudley officiating. Burial will follow in the Strickland Family Cemetery in Fair Bluff.
Visitation will be held prior to the service from 12:30-1:45 p.m. on Saturday, at the church.
Kayla is survived by her husband, JR Strickland of the home; five children: Brayden Strickland, Bailee Strickland, Brina Strickland, Carlie Strickland, and Bryson Strickland; a brother, Jarrett Green of the home; maternal grandmother, Katie Dudney Turbeville of Fair Bluff; mother-in-law, Carla Strickland of Fair Bluff, and a host of loving uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family request donations be made to the burial fund, C/O Worthington Funeral Home- PO Box 352 Chadbourn, NC 28431.
