Tara Jeanne Ward Floyd, 50, of the New Hope Community of Whiteville, died on Wednesday, October 9, 2024, at her home.
Tara was born on January 4, 1974.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Monday, October 14, 2024 at Engage Life Church (386 Thompson Town Rd, Whiteville, NC). Burial will follow in the Pauline Cemetery. Pastor Craig Ray will officiate.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Sunday evening at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn.
The surviving family includes her husband, Joseph Donnie Floyd, III; siblings, James Keith Ward (Linda); mother, Jeanne Darlene Ward; host of loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
