Christine Anne Cheney Dechenne, 64 of Hallsboro and formerly of Fayetteville, died on Monday, October 28, 2024, in Whiteville, NC.
Christine was born on January 17, 1960, in Peterborough, England. She was preceded in death by her parents, Terrence Barry Cheney and June Wilcox Cheney. She was also preceded in death by her best friends, Marie and Hope.
No local services will be held, as services will be conducted in England.
The surviving family includes her husband, Philip Dsean Dechenne; children, Stephen Anthony Dechenne of Rayford, Sarah Jane Dallas of Hallsboro, Simon Michael Dechenne of Fayetteville; grandchildren, Hunter, Alexis, Kaitlyn, Paul, Heavenly, Nevaeh, Noah, Simon, Jr., and Trent; sister, Meryl C. Thomas of England.
