April 7, 1946 – January 20, 2025
Bernell Cribb Stanley, 78, of Clarendon, went home to be with the Lord on Monday, January 20, 2025 at her residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Bernell was born on April 7, 1946, daughter of the late Solomon “Erbie” Cribb and Rosie Elmira Cribb. She was preceded in death by a brother, Ervin Junior Cribb. She was also the widow of Douglas MacArthur Stanley “Mack.”
Graveside services will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, January 23, 2025 at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Tabor City with Reverend Tommy Cribb and Elgin Cribb officiating.
The surviving family includes three sons, Larry Stanley (Nancy), Chuck Stanley (Lesley), and Zach Stanley; sisters, Betty Lou McPherson and Jeanette Vivian Tyler (Wade); four grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and ten step-great-grandchildren.
