Sebrina Ann Jacobs Moore, age 51 of Clarkton, went to be with her Heavenly Father on Monday, February 22, 2021, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Center in Whiteville, N.C..
Sebrina was born on October 21, 1969 in Columbus County.

To cherish her memory, Sebrina leaves behind her husband, Mickey Moore of the home; children, Landon Moore of the home, Miles Braxton Moore of the home; parents, Lottie Ruth and Oscar Jacobs; siblings, Shelley Covington (Carroll) of Oklahoma, Shevonda Mitchell (Terry) of Lake Waccamaw, and Sherry Jacobs (Ray) of Buckhead.
