Carolyn Bullard Craft, 86 of Shallotte passed on Saturday, August 28, 2021. She was born March 6, 1935 in Columbus County, the daughter of the late Irvin Bullard and Lucille Young Bullard. She worked as a secretary for the Boys and Girls Home of NC. She was the first lady to be a member of the Whiteville Optimist Club.

She is survived by her husband, Lester Craft; three sons, Jerry Bullard and wife, Lavane of Conway, SC, Mike Craft and wife, Kimberly of Nashville, TN, and Lester Craft, Jr. and wife, Stacy of Basalt, CO; five grandchildren, Rebekah Furr and husband, Garrett, Eden Bullard and husband, Korey, Michael Craft II, Adele Craft and Miles Craft; three great grandchildren, Ryder Bullard, Bryce Furr and Cooper Furr.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Irvin Bullard and Lucille Young Bullard and a brother, Clarence Bullard.

The family will receive friends Wednesday, September 1, 2021 from 11:00 am to 1:00 pm at Peacock Funeral Home in Whiteville.
