Zella Mae Phillips age 85 died Thursday, February 17, 2022 in Conway Manor, Conway, SC. Born March 26, 1936 in Marion County, SC, she was the daughter of the late Greg Collins and Letha Wilson Collins.
She is survived by one daughter, Saundra K. Smith of Green Sea, SC; one son, Jimmy Blackwell of Whiteville, NC; six grandchildren; twelve great-grandchildren; and one sister, Elouise Blackwell of Green Sea, SC.
