Norman Foggan, III, 57, of Old Dock, NC passed away on Friday, April 8, 2022. Born in Mineola, NY, he was a son of Norman Foggan, Jr., and the late Carol (Urcan) Foggan.
Survivors include his father, Norman Foggan, Jr.; son, Norman Foggan, IV of Hendersonville, NC; two daughters, Samantha Foggan of Little River, SC and Carolyn Paschall of Lumberton, NC; brother, Dean Foggan of Whiteville, NC; and his former wife, Victoria Foggan of Hendersonville.
