Louis Earl Causey, age 76, of Tabor City, NC, died Saturday, October 28, 2023 in his home.
Born in Horry County, SC he was the son of the late Austin and Frances Causey. He was a member of Tabor City Baptist Church and a veteran of the U.S. Army where he served his country.
He is survived by one son, Kenneth Earl Causey and wife Brandy of Goldsboro, NC, one daughter, Kimberly Marchais and husband Guy of Longs, SC, one brother, Dennis Causey and wife Hilda of Loris, SC, two sisters, Judy Ray of Conway, SC, Mary Caines of Loris, SC. Four grandchildren; Kaylyn Causey, Brayden Causey, Bryson Causey, and Greyson Causey, and several special nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Sandra Small Causey, four brothers, Alton Causey, Bill Causey, Phillip Causey, & Joe Causey, three sisters; Doris Beaty, Carolyn Holmes, and Janice Turner.
Visitation will be held Wednesday, November 1, 2023 from 6:00pm until 6:45pm in Inman Ward Funeral Home Chapel.
Funeral services will follow at 7:00pm Wednesday in the funeral home chapel.
Graveside services with military honors will be held Thursday, November 2, 2023 at 11:00am in the Myrtle Green Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Life Care Center, 206 Warrior Trail Rd. Whiteville, NC 28472.
