Stormy Marie McKeithan Jacobs and William Gene Blackwell announce the birth and death of an infant daughter, Mia Rose Blackwell on Friday, December 22, 2023.
In addition to her parents, she is survived by a brother, Tillon Jacobs of the home, maternal grandmother, Rebecca Ann Nobles Ikner of Chadbourn and paternal grandfather, William Dennis Blackwell of Cerro Gordo.
She was preceded in death by a grandfather, Michael Scott McKeithan.
