
Several churches and organizations are having “last chance” Easter egg hunts Saturday.
Milk B4 Meat Ministries will have free hot dogs, chips and drinks, as well as an egg hunt and fellowship Saturday from 4-7 p.m. The church meets at 9327 James B. White Hwy. South, at Lebanon Church.
The Columbus County Farmers Market will have a “Last Chance” egg hunt Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at the market, located at 132 Government Complex Rd., Whiteville.
The Veterans Memorial Park will host its Easter celebration Saturday from 11 a.m. until 1 p.m. The Resurrection story will be shared in the Never Forget Garden. There will be an egg hunt, the Easter bunny,, kids’ games and crafts. The event is free. The park is located at 6354 James B. White Hwy. South, Whiteville.
Galloway Farms will host its Easter Eggstravaganza Saturday. Gates open at 11 a.m., and the helicopter easter egg drop is set for 1 p.m. There will be games, tractor rides, visits with the animals and photos with the Easter Bunny.
