Betty Clamp Soles age 89, formally of Tabor City, NC and Bonneau, SC died Saturday, September 18, 2021.
She was the daughter of the late Henry Reedy Clamp and Pearl Agnes Lybrand Clamp.
She was preceded in death by her husbands, Perry Howard and Douglas McArthur Soles. Survived by two sons, Tony Soles and wife Donna of Bonneau, SC., Skip Howard and wife Gloria of Lexington, SC. Three brothers, Donald Clamp of Lexington, SC., Wayne Clamp of Gilbert, SC., Curtis Clamp of Lexington, SC. Five grandchildren: Whitney Gutierrez, Clint Soles, Celeste Zeigler, Randy Soles, Amanda Soles and four great grandchildren.
In addition to her parents & husbands, she was preceded in death by one son, Mike Soles, one grandson, Douglas Michael Soles, one brother, Bert Clamp, two sisters, Marrene Long , Ruby Gantt.
Graveside services will be held Saturday September 25, 2021 at 1:00pm in the Soles Cemetery at Soles Cemetery Lane, Tabor City.
A memorial service will be held honoring her life on Saturday, October 2, 2021 at 1:00 Pm in The Edge Church 3220 Platt Springs Rd. W. Columbia, SC 29169.
