New Life Community Church is collecting donations for tornado relief in Kentucky.
Cleaning supplies, plastic bins, buckets, baby clothing and supplies, towels, wash cloths and sheets are needed. Lowe’s and Home Depot gift cards are also appreciated. Adult clothing is not being accepted at this time.
Volunteers plan to deliver the load of urgently needed supplies, make additional contacts and return with a more specific list of needs within the next week.
The church is located at 107 Maultsby Street in Whiteville. Donations will be accepted from 3 until 6 p.m. today and Thursday, and from 2 until 5 p.m. Friday.
