Priscilla Ann Currie Ward 82, went to be with the Lord on April 2, 2022.
She was an avid reader and supporter of literacy. She was a home bound librarian for Columbus County for many years. Priscilla was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt who loved family get togethers.
She was preceded in death by her loving husbands, Robert Earl Lanciault of 17 years and Edward Paul Ward of 4 years; her parents, N.C. and Myrtle Currie, a sister, Judy Currie Godwin and nephew, Wilton Dale Godwin, Jr.
She is lovingly remembered by daughters, Rhonda Edwards of Cottageville, SC and Wendy Tyree of Whiteville, NC; grandchildren, Ricky Edwards, Jr. of Cottageville, SC. Heather Tyree Godwin of Whiteville, NC and Trever McCoy Tyree of Seattle, WA; great grandchildren, Bayleigh Ty Edwards of Cottageville, SC and Landry Grey Godwin of Whiteville; NC; brothers, Neil Calvin Currie, Jr. of Whiteville, NC and Ricky Van Currie of North Myrtle Beach, SC; nieces, Laura Lantz of Sarasota, FL, Gina Nolte of Fayetteville, GA, , Erica White of Hermitage, TN, Dana May of Mt. Juliet, TN, Meagan Ward of New Bern, NC; nephew, Ricky Currie, Jr. of Lexington, SC; 17 great nieces and nephews, four great great nieces and nephews; sisters in Christ, Tee Duncan and Carolyn Martin.
