April 8, 1937 ~ April 27, 2024 (age 87)
Thomas Eldred Boswell, 87, of Whiteville, peacefully went home to be with the Lord on Saturday, April 27, 2024, in Horry County.
Tom was born on April 8, 1937, son of the late William David “Dave” Boswell and Grace Ellen Ward Boswell. He was also preceded in death by his loving wife, Alice Wallace Boswell; son-in-law, Shandel Allen McPherson; brother, Milton Boswell.
Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, April 29, 2024, at Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery with Pastor Buddy Seay officiating.
Survivors include his daughter, Clarissa “JoJo” Boswell McPherson of Whiteville; two granddaughters, who were his “best buddies”, Kaitlin McPherson and Kenley McPherson; sisters, Alice Long and Martha Strickland, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to a favorite charity of one’s choice.
