Accompanied by motorcyclists and law enforcement from several agencies, the Wall That heals made its way through downtown Whiteville today en route to the Veterans Memorial Park.
The wall is a 3/3 scale replica of the Vietnam Memorial in Washington, D.C. It features all 58,000 names of Americans killed in the Vietnam War. The mobile education center also features photos of each American killed there, and memorabilia placed at the Wall in Washington.
Set up is happening today, and the wall will open Thursday morning through Sunday afternoon.
