Robert Gene Long age 70, of Nakina passed away Tuesday, April 29, 2025 in his home.
Born in Columbus County, NC, he was the son of the late Ralph Sadler Long and Elma Grey Ward Long.
He is survived by his wife Barbara Long of the home, one sister, Diane Palumbo (Michael) of Ft. Myers, FL.
Graveside services will be held Friday, May 2, 2025 at 11:00AM in Pine Level Church Cemetery, Nakina, NC.
Family will receive friends and family following the service in Pine Level Church Fellowship Hall.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Life Care Center, 206 Warrior Trail Rd. Whiteville, NC 28472.
