Polls closed across Columbus County moments ago, but a problem at a precinct in Halifax County is delaying statewide returns.
The N.C. State Board of Elections said a polling place in Littleton reported problems that’d delayed voting. That polls will stay open an additional 15 minutes. The state board voted to delay releasing any results until 8:30 p.m.
