Here’s today’s Bottom Line:

Greetings to the Wednesday edition of our daily weather update!

There’s … not much to talk about really. Temperatures today will remain quite a bit below seasonal normal today. The reason is the trough that brought the (not) severe weather to the area on Monday. It has pushed the high pressure down to the Gulf, which allows the colder air to push into our area.

Tonight will be another cold one, and while I don’t think we’ll see sub-freezing temps, frost is a good potential about the area.

Then things start to turn milder on Thursday… with temps pushing back up above the 80-degree mark by Sunday. So the cold snap is going to be short-lived.

No precipitation in sight.

A weak (dry) cold front moves through on Monday, and it looks like temps will drop back into the 60s for highs next week.
