At Land O’Lakes at Whiteville, the SFGA held its weekly tournament May 16. The tournament was a Texas Scramble format with 32 members in the event.
The teams of Marvin Eaton, Rudy, Taylor, Richard Davis, and Wilber Simmons tied first place with the tam of LR Odham, John Blake, Elvin Meares, and Ken Shaw for first place with a scores of 116.
