The Columbus County Animal Shelter is closed until Monday for renovations.
Animal Protective Services announced on social media today (Thursday) that the shelter will be closed Friday and Saturday to complete renovations. The shelter will reopen at its normal time on Monday. The shelter will be open its normal hours today, July 16, for adoptions and other business.
Staff will be available for emergency calls, but other services will be halted until Monday.
