At Diamondback Golf Course, the Southeastern Fellowship Golf Association played its weekly tournament on Sept. 8.
The format for the tournament was a Captain’s Choice. First place went to the team of Bobby Gooden, Michael Pail, George Cochrane, and Linwood Hedgepeth with a score of 62. Second place went to Jim Davis, Roger Walton, Rudy Pait, and Stan Matthews.

At Vineland Golf of White Lake, Darren Heath, Ronnie Sykes, Joel McPherson, and Jillian Lennon won the weekly Thundering Herd with a score of -9. Sixteen players entered the event.
