A woman escaped a house fire that killed a man early Sunday. The home was fully engulfed when Nakina firefighters arrived. This is a developing story.

A Nakina Volunteer Fire Department fire engine that had recently returned from the South Carolina wildfires was destroyed in a fire of its own Monday.
