Gov. Roy Cooper will hold a video update of the state’s COVID-19 efforts at 2 p.m. today (Wednesday).
On Tuesday, State Sec. of Health and Human Services Mandy Cohen hinted that some restrictions could be lightened, due to the state’s improving case numbers.
