Connie Adele Edwards Hooks-Crawford, age 92 of Chadbourn, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Tuesday, September 7, 2021 at her residence.
Final rites will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday September 10, 2021 at the Chadbourn Presbyterian Church, with Dr. Reverend Joe Washburn officiating. Interment will follow in the Chadbourn Memorial Cemetery.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Chadbourn Presbyterian Church.
She was the daughter of the late Algie Carlton Edwards and Carrie Lee Nobles Edwards. She was also preceded in death by a son James Randall “Randy” Hooks and a daughter, Susette Neal Hooks.
To cherish her memory, Connie leaves her daughter, Cathy Leigh Hooks Cocke (Brice “BT”) of Daphne, Al; two grandchildren, Carys Davis (Phillip) of Huntsville, AL and Ashleigh Cocke of Birmingham, AL; two great-grandchildren, Lilah Kaitlyn Davis and Wesley Mason Davis; a special niece, Karen Regan Edwards (Steve) of Chadbourn; great-nephew, Matt Edwards of Chadbourn along with many other nieces and nephews.
