12/27/21 Sports Wrap Up
NFL: The Panthers lost to Tampa Bay 32-6. The Buccaneers are among the league’s best, sitting at 11-4. Carolina has now lost five in a row. The Panthers will face The Saints this week in New Orleans. The game will be 4:25pm on FOX.
The Dallas Cowboys sit alone at the top of the NFC East with an 11-4 record. They also clinched the Division and a playoff spot.
Miami is in New Orleans Monday tonight at 8:15pm on ESPN/ABC. The Dolphins are having a good run at it right now, winning their last six games.
NHL: The NHL schedule hopes to resume tomorrow, Dec 28. All games were postponed last night
The Carolina Hurricanes are not scheduled to Dec 30. They will host the Montreal Canadians at 7pm.
NBA: The Charlotte Hornets return to action tonight. They welcome a struggling Houston Rockets team into the Spectrum Center. The game is scheduled for a 7pm tip-off.
NCAA: Men’s Football
The Military Bowl with the East Carolina Pirates has been cancelled.
The Quick Lane Bowl is currently underway. The Nevada Wolfpack trailing the western Michigan Broncos 24-10. The game is just ending the first half.
Five Bowl games tomorrow, including the Holiday Bowl at 8pm. North Carolina State Wolfpack versus the UCLA Bruins.
