The town of Lake Waccamaw had a discharge of untreated wastewater yesterday afternoon totaled at approximately 4,500 gallons. The discharged occurred on Dupree Landing Road between Wooded Acres Road and Clyde Collier Road.
The untreated wastewater ran into a roadside drainage ditch connected to Lake Waccamaw.
