NFL: The day following the last game of the regular season in the NFL is known as “Black Monday.” It is a day traditionally known for the firing of Head coaches and Some General Managers. Today is no different, three teams have already decided to part ways with their decision makers.

First on the list is Matt Nagy, the head coach of the Chicago Bears. Nagy spent four seasons with the Bears and had a 34-31 record. The Bears also have parted ways with their GM Ryan Pace.

The Minnesota Vikings fired head coach Mike Zimmer. Zimmer’s tenure included eight seasons with the team and the franchise’s third most-winningest coach. Zimmer’s regular-season record was 72-56-1. Minnesota also let go, long time General Manager, Rick Spielman. Spielman has been with the organization since 2012.

Vic Fangio has been fired as the head coach of the Denver Broncos. Fangio spent three seasons with the franchise and ended with a 19-30 record.

The most unexpected firing so far is Brian Flores from the Miami Dolphins. Coach Flores has won eight of his last nine games and has beaten their division rival, New England Patriots, three of the last four including this season’s finale 33-24.
