With genuine comfort and support, the Majestic Funeral Homes family announce the peaceful transition of Mr. Winfred Lee Evans Jr., from this life to life everlasting, on Monday, January 24, 2022 while resting at the Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville, NC.
On Saturday, February 5, 2022 beginning at 3pm, an Intimate Service of Remembrance will take place in the A.B. Hobbs Memorial Chapel on the Campus Of Majestic Funeral Home in Elizabethtown, NC. As difficult as it is to accept Winfred no longer being present physically, all can find solace knowing that God promised to wipe away all tears from this family’s eyes, as they continue to cope with a missing link in their family’s chain.
Loving memories will be always remain in the hearts of those dear to Mr. Winfred such as: his loving wife: Janice Evans; two children: Wytisha Evans and Winfred Lee Evans III; eleven grandchildren; 9 great-grandchildren; three sisters: Ava Lee Howard, Willie Ruth Phillips and Sarah Ann Evans; one brother: Jerry Evans and a host of other special relatives and friends.
Guests are being received at 146 Dead End Rd., Fair Bluff, NC where all will assemble in preparation for the Prestigious Majestic Ebony Motorcade.
