Doris Ann Jacks Bullard, age 62 of Chadbourn, passed away on Saturday, February 19, 2022, at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare Angel House in Whiteville, NC.
Doris was born on March 18, 1959. She was the widow of Charles Bullard, who preceded her on January 19, 2022.
A memorial service will be held at 4:00 p.m. Saturday, March 19, 2022 at the Worthington Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. David Vess officiating. The family will receive friends following the service.
Survivors include her children, Tammy Ann Burks Champagne of Lubbock, Texas, Jessica Burks Bell of Lubbock, Texas; grandchildren, Sierra Champagne, Makayla Champagne, Anna Bell, and Alister Bell.
