Patsy Cathaleen Harrelson Duncan, age 76 of F.M. Cartrette Road in Whiteville, NC, passed away on Sunday, February 13, 2022, at Premier Living and Rehabilitation in Lake Waccamaw.
Patsy was born on March 18, 1945, to the late George Cleveland and Opal Hobbs Harrelson. She was also preceded in death by her son, Vincent Duncan, and her brother, Ledon Harrelson.
A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at the Evans Cemetery in Crusoe Island, with Rev. Wayne Faulk officiating.
She leaves behind many cousins and friends.
