Jimmy Devone McKeithan, age 74 of Whiteville went to be with his Lord and Savior on Friday, October 7, 2022 at his residence with his family by his side.
He was a veteran of the US Army and was owner and operator of his appliance repair service.
Final rites will be held at 3:00 p.m. Monday at Shiloh Church located and 7793 Hallsboro Road in Whiteville with Pastor Timothy Blackwell officiating. Interment will follow in the McKeithan Family Cemetery.
The family will receive friend from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Sunday at Shiloh Church.
He was the son of the late Prince Albert McKeithan and Pearlie Mae Rhodes McKeithan and was also preceded in death by three siblings, Ronald Dale McKeithan, Tommy McKeithan and Larry McKeithan.
Survivors include his wife of 54 years, Doris Ann Spivey McKeithan of the home; two children, Susie M. Canady (Roger) of Whiteville and Chad McKeithan (Angie Register) of Whiteville; a sister, Bonita M. Harrelson (J.T.) of Whiteville; grandchildren, Aaron Tyler, Mary McKeithan, Christian McKeithan and Sabrina Tyler; great-grandchildren, Bentley Johnson, Braylon Tyler, Jayden Tyler, Kaleb Tyler; Teleah Robinson, Trista Robinson, William Register, Ava Guin and in addition to three great-grandchildren
