Sheepdog Foundation’s Women’s self defense Club will meet Tuesday at 5:30 p.m. at Nolan Park Recreation Center, 255 Rec Center Dr., Whiteville
Tuesday’s event is a “meet and greet” where women can find out more about the organization.
“It’s more than just self defense,” said founder Alicia Myrie. “It’s a social club and a sisterhood.”
Membership is $20 per month, and open to all women 18 and over. No skill level or training is required.
