Willa Dean Hale Billings, 79, of Fair Bluff, NC, died Friday, February 9, 2024, at Lower Cape Fear LifeCare in Whiteville.
The funeral will be 1:00 PM Thursday, February 15, at Peoples Funeral Chapel by Evangelist Rhonda McMillian. Burial will be in the Myrtle Green Cemetery in Tabor City, NC. There will be no public viewing.
Surviving are her sons, Carl Bullock, Jr. of Tennessee, Tracey Bullock of Fayetteville, NC, and Carlton Bullock of Kentucky.
