Levander Ware, Jr. 73, of Whiteville and formerly of California, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, March 31, 2024, at Columbus Regional Healthcare System in Whiteville.
Papa Lee, as he was lovingly known, was born on January 31, 1951, son of the late Levander Ware, Sr. and Anna Mae Francis Ware.
The surviving family includes his wife, Sanna Ware of Whiteville; children, Marshalette Ramsey, Tamara Constanca, Tomikio Ramsey; special niece/daughter, Megan Williams; sisters, Rose Davis and Leann Minter; host of grandchildren, nieces, nephews, friends, and his loving Sandy Plains Missionary Baptist Church family.
