Dylan Blake Burnett, age 24, of Chadbourn, NC, died Monday, May 6, 2024 in an automobile accident. Born October 30, 1999 in Cumberland County, NC, he was the son of Raymond Darrell Burnett (Debra); and Leslie Sells.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by twin sons, Kylan Burnett and Hudson Burnett both of Bladenboro, NC; one daughter, Demi Burnette of Autryville, NC; two sisters, Brianna Burnett of Elizabethtown, NC and Mary Summer Burnett of Lumberton, NC; two step brothers, Cade Hinson Chadbourn, NC and Ethan Burr of Chadbourn, NC; maternal grandmother, Deborah Mathis of Elizabethtown, NC; and paternal grandfather, Johnny Hammonds of Lumberton, NC.
He was preceded in death by paternal grandmother, Mary Locklear Hammonds; and maternal grandfather, Ralph Michael Sells.
Visitation will be held Thursday, May 9, 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the Inman Ward Funeral Home.
Graveside services will be held Friday, May 10, 2024 at 11:00AM in the Myrtle Green Cemetery, Tabor City, NC.
