Mr. O’Neal McKoy passed on May 31, 2024, at Novant Health Presbyterian Medical Center.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024, at Shady Grove A.M.E Zion Church in Council, NC 28434 at 2 pm, Pastor Wendy McKoy. Burial will follow at New Hope Cemetary in Council, NC. Viewing will be held on Friday, June 7, 2024, from 1pm – 6 pm at Union Funeral Home, Clarkton, NC.
He leaves to cherish his mother Lula McKoy, four children; Derrick Randall, Xavier McKoy, April Corbett, and Diamond McKoy, 6 grandchildren; Demiyah R., Dericia R., Debrian R., Keyshawn N., Denesia R., Dylen S., four siblings; Morristine Atkinson, James “Jimmy” A. McKoy, Glenn McKoy (Phyllis), and Delphine McKoy Jones.
