Pamela Yvonne Simmons Benson, age 59, of Bolton, NC, passed away Sunday, July 21, 2024. Pamela was born on July 10, 1965 in Columbus County to the late Herbert Simmons and Carolyn Kelly Malpass of Bolton. In addition to her father, she is preceded in death by her husband; Houston Ronald Benson, half sister; Carla Denise Geddins and step sister; Debra Ann Wint Smith.
Pamela worked as a cook for several years at Becky’s Restaurant and Dale’s Seafood.

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 27, 2024, at 11:30 am at Piney Grove Advent Christian Church, Delco, NC with Rev. Durwood Jackson officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. There will be no visitation.
