Steven Ray Griffin, 54, of Clarkton, passed away peacefully at his home on Monday, July 1, 2024.
Steven is preceded in death by his parents, John Billy Griffin & Carol Ann Blackwell Turbeville.
Funeral services will be conducted at 3:00 p.m. on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, at White Plains Presbyterian Church in Council, NC. Burial will follow in the church cemetery; Pastor Christopher Carlisle will officiate.
Visitation will be from 6:00-8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, July 2, 2024, at Worthington Funeral Home in Chadbourn.
Steven enjoyed hunting, fishing, and working on cars; but above all, he enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors include his loving wife, Jamie H. Griffin of the home; children, Stephanie G. Prevatte (Garland) of Clarkton, Alexys R. Griffin of the home, Jacob E. Griffin of the home; special “daughter”, Kassi Spivey of Whiteville; brother, Dewayne Griffin of Hallsboro; cousin, Debbie Griffin.
