Cherlene Inman Harrelson, age 68 of Whiteville went be with the Lord on Friday, December 27, 2024, at the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare “Angel House” in Whiteville.
She was born on February 17, 1956, daughter of the late Rudolph Inman and Jinnie Mae Chavis Inman. 
Cherlene taught at Whiteville High School for over 30 years, retiring in 2018. She was a devout Christian and loved the Lord with all her heart.
She is survived by a daughter, Courtney Lynn Harrelson of Whiteville and a son, Benjamin Rudolph Harrelson and his wife, Anna of Loris, SC; her sister, Lisa Inman Ward and husband, Danny of North Myrtle Beach, SC; two grandchildren, Payton Brent Cox and Chesney Brooke Cribb.
No services are scheduled currently.
