One of the most popular events of the year at the Columbus County Farmer’s Market is Dec. 14, and has a new feature.
The Christmas From the Heart Crafts Show features a wide variety of local arts and crafts, jewelry and other products just in time for last-minute gifts. This year the market is also offering a free tack swap and sale.
Anyone with saddles, horse equipment, or supplies may bring their tack to the swap for free.
The market is open every Saturday from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. on Government Complex Road in Whiteville. Local produce, eggs, arts and crafts, and other unique items are available.
