Westley was born on May 27, 1978.
The surviving family includes his father, Edward Earl Ward and wife, Kathy; mother, Susan Lisa Vance Grantham and husband, Tony; brother, Edward Earl Ward, Jr. and wife, Ashley; and two beloved nieces.
