Mr. Roscoe Orlanda Smith 84, of Whiteville, NC gave the Lord on Saturday, March 1, 2025, at Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, Wilmington, NC. He was the son of the late Mrs. Rose S. Leach and Mr. Nathaniel Smith.
A Celebration of Life Service Memorial Service will be conducted on Saturday, March 15, 2025, at 1:00 pm from Smith Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. David Flowers eulogizing. Military Honors will be performed. Burial will be in Campground Cemetery. 
Mr. Smith is survived by two first cousins: Callie Lorraine Coleman and Helen Joyce Sinclair, cousin/caregiver: Devida L. Perkins, and a host of other cousins and friends.
The family will receive friends at the funeral home 30 minutes prior to service..
