National Prescription Drug Takeback Day is Saturday, April 26 at Walmart in Whiteville. Law enforcement will be accepting unwanted and outdated medicines no questions asked from 10:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m.
Pills, tablets, prescription medications and matches are welcome. Do not bring syringes, liquids, aerosol cans or illegal drugs for disposal.
