A fight between father and son led to injuries and charges May 19.
Robert Myers II, 38, of 628 Lakeside Dr., Riegelwood, was arrested for simple assault on a female in the incident. He was released on a $2,500 unsecured bond.
The sheriff’s office reported that Myers is alleged to have forced his way into a bedroom at the Lakeside Drive home just before midnight. Myer reportedly through kitchen utensils at two siblings and shoved one of the victims.
Myers’ son defended himself, the report said. When deputies arrived, they noted that the senior Myers had “visible injuries, including bleeding around the ear.” He was treated by ADR Fire Rescue before being taken into custody.
