Van was born on October 19, 1966, son of the late Phillip Birdon Norris and Peggy Lee Jackson.
The family will hold a memorial service later.
The surviving family includes two children, Nathan Vance Norris, II (Jennifer) of Leland and Taylor Rebecca Norris of Cerro Gordo; grandson
