Chadbourn Issues Boil Advisory

Chadbourn water customers are once again under a boil advisory, less than 24 hours after the last one was lifted.

Public Works Director Steven Price said in a press release that a water main break along Strawberry Boulevard is causing periods of low and no pressure. There will likely be intermittent pressure variations and outages over the new two to three days while repairs are made.

Water customers are advised to boil any water used for human consumption for at least one minute, or use bottled water. This includes for brushing teeth washing dishes and food preparation.
